Right under one of the main Langa ridge, between Belbo and tanaro valley, Cascina Raflazz (770 m. above sea level) commands Bovina brook valley, the paroldo surroundings and a view over the Alps. Around the farm, fenced pasture lands for sheep, cereal fields, meadows and woods from where you can turn into small dirt roads.
The Adamis live there from ages now and there they have always made cheese. Claudio and Anna see to the Langhe sheep breeding (approx 300 head) whereas from the eighties in the dairy are made Murazzano DOP, Langhe sheep “Tuma” and some other eaw milk cheese. Anna and her daughter Roberta are the farm dairywomen, they strictly follow granny Renza’s old advices . Since 1993 cascina Raflazz is also agriturismo (farm holidays).
The restaurant is open on reservation – local products and home made dishes are cooked and served by Anna and Roberta. In the restaurant tables can be laid for up to 60- the dining room has a panoramic view on the langa hills and on the Bovina valley. If you want to enjoy farm life longer you can spend the night in one of the four comfortable double bed rooms.

Cascina Raflazz is the right starting point to take strolls or for challenging excursions. In autumn and springtime you can go for a walk or ride in the paroldo hilly surroundings.
Langa hills and the beautiful places described in Fenoglio and Pavese’s works, the famous landscapes of Dogliani, Barolo, Alba and barbaresco are the ideal destination for a day’s auto trip. Sea is not so far – just over cadibona pass you can reach beautiful places as Finale and its neighbourhoods.
